  Very disappointing:
  I made an order for a cookie platter 2 days prior to my desired pick up time, I arrive today at 5:30 as this was the time I had specified for pick up - only to be confronted with "ums" and "ahs". There was only one guy present, who I let finish charging a customer before I asked about my pick up for a cookie platter. He had no idea what I was talking about, sounded incredibly confused and asked me to take a seat. He wandered out the back to then return and serve another customer. This customer left after briefing her order to change her car park, and I thought he would then take this opportunity to follow up on my order, however he didn't and the lady retuned. He finished her sub. Charged her. And then said he'd call his boss. By now it's 5:45pm. He's on the phone for about 5 more minutes. He hangs up, then continues to say "I'm sorry, I'll make one for you now" - mind you, he's lucky he had enough cookies to make one. I try my best to stay quiet as I work in customer service and can understand how hard it can be... but he took so so long - also keeping in mind this was all to take to a meeting that would start at 6pm. I then stood up as he seemed finished and he said he was short two of a certain cookie, and asked if I was happy with two of another kind. I just said "I don't care, I'm in a rush.." and he finished up and added "im really sorry, my boss said he knew about it, but no one told me" and this made me so mad. I would've understood if no one knew about it at all - then there would be no one to get mad at, really, but for the "boss" to have known but not told their staff?? The guy kept saying he was very sorry but I was just frustrated at his boss - they're lucky I was reasonably patient. The guy continued to charge me full price for a platter that was unorganised, made half an hour late, and short cookies. Very disappointed.
